We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and shipped within 30 days of delivery or 40 days of purchase. You will only need to pay the return shipping fees. Please send us an email to notify us once you ship back the product. Your order number and reason for the product return must be included in the email (photos attached if necessary). A full refund will be applied after the refund/order cancellation request is received via email by our customer care department and the product is returned to us.
